Melton Ranch Residential Remodel
The Melton Residence came to Premiere Contracting, Inc., in hopes of modernizing their 1970s ranch-style home. The Meltons use the home as their primary residence and wanted to energize the space by introducing an open-concept floor plan.
Driftwood Family Dental Commercial Construction Transformation
Premiere Contracting was contacted by the owner of an existing commercial space who needed it transformed into a brand new dental office within 5 months’ time. We took the commercial construction challenge head-on and we could not be more proud of how this commercial construction project and transformation turned out!
Ocean Front Home Remodel
Some of our repeat clients approached us to remodel their ocean-front rental home that was originally constructed in the mid-1990s. From the original plans of the home, we recreated floor plans and kitchen renderings for a realistic view of the final project.

Towneplace Suites by Marriott Oceanfront Amenities Project
The project turned out fantastic and awaits the season of visitors to the Outer Banks. Including a bathhouse building, a saltwater pool with paver and concrete pool deck area, food & drink service building, a covered porch entertainment & seating area, ADA ramps for beach access and 2 decks.
Buxton Fire Department
The Buxton Fire Prevention Association contracted PCI in 2016 to design and build new facility. See photos from the ground breaking ceremony, our floor plan renderings, and more.
Ocracoke Volunteer Fire Department
Building on Ocracoke Island poses its challenges with logistics, but we were able to overcome them in 8 months! We created a space to house Ocracoke Island’s Volunteer Fire Department’s fire engines and equipment while including areas for a conference room, kitchen, and more.
Dare County Farm Bureau
Our construction of the Dare County Farm Bureau consisted of constructing a 5,472 square foot, wood framed structure on a concrete and masonry foundation, parking lot design, stormwater infrastructure, landscaping and utility work. You’ll want to see the final outcome.

Roanoke Island Fire Department
The Roanoke Island Fire Department is a true definition of a design/build project. To complete the project, we needed to demolish pre-existing structures, design the new building, prepare the site, and construct all within 9 months!
