Paul Henriques – Owner, President & Lead Designer
Paul Henriques, a longtime Outer Banks resident currently living in Kitty Hawk for over 30 years, founded PCI with a vision to blend innovative design with strong community values. With 45 years of experience in the construction industry, Paul leads the team, ensuring each project is crafted to meet the needs of both the client and the local environment.
Paul brings both professional expertise and local insight to every project.

Kimberly Henriques – Corporate Treasurer
Kim plays a pivotal role in managing timelines, budgets, and the administrative tasks of the company. Her proactive approach to managing project costs, ensures that financial objectives are met for both our clients and company.
Mike (Frankie) Armstrong – Project Manager/Lead Carpenter
Mike first started working for Premiere Contracting as a framing subcontractor in 2006. He started working full-time for us over a decade ago, bringing his extensive carpentry skills and hands-on experience to every project.
As Lead Carpenter and Project Manager, he oversees the on-site construction process, ensuring that all work is completed to meet the high-quality standards that Premiere Contracting is known for.
Subcontractors
Premiere Contracting Inc. has developed long-lasting relationships with the best subcontractors in the industry. All subcontractors hold licenses and qualifications that supersede typical residential and commercial contracting requirements. A list of qualified subcontractors can be provided upon request.

Volunteer Work & Philanthropy
Our dedication to the Outer Banks goes beyond building homes. As active members of this close-knit community, we believe in giving back to the people and places that make the Outer Banks special.
Our founder, Paul Henriques, not only calls Kitty Hawk home but serves as the Recreational Committee Chairman for the Town of Kitty Hawk, which he was appointed by Town Council for the position and has been voted as Chairman for the 5th year. He was appointed by the Secretary of the N.C. Department of Environmental Quality to serve as a member of the Kitty Hawk Woods Reserve Local Advisory Committee. He is an approved volunteer for the N.C. Coastal Reserve and National Estuarine Research Reserve. He is also a member of the Dare County Trails Committee.
