PCI has started demolitian and construction!  See the progress pictures below.  

PCI would like to thank the Roanoke Island Volunteer Fire Department builders committee and board
members for selecting PCI to serve as the general contractor for there project.  All of the board members
and volunteer fire fighters have selflessly donated their time and energy not only on this project but to
protect and serve this comunity and for that PCI thanks you!

PROJECT INFORMATION

PCI
will construct the site work, utility and stormwater infrastructure
Metal Building - 3,900 Sq. Ft.  Fire truck bay area
Timber Framed -  2,600 Sq. Ft. First Floor area
              2,600 Sq. Ft. Second Floor area
              Total 9,100 Sq. Ft Building area
PCI  Current Projects
The new fire department building will replace the existing South Station 17
The South Station was built in 1975 to provide better fire protection in junction with the
Manteo Station.  This structure has served the community for the past 35 years and
due to structural concerns is being replaced.

As part of PCI's contract we will be demolishing this structure as well as 3 other on
site structures.
